HOW DO YOU SHIP THE PRODUCTS?

We use Royal Mail for all of our shipping. Please allow 24 hours for us to despatch the items and you will receive your items either 1st or 2nd class depending on what delivery option you selected.
If you live in ST1 - ST7 or CW1 - CW3 we offer free delivery, which you will usually receive within 3 days.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are here to help and if you have received an item that is damaged, please e-mail us at keepitlocal21@gmail.com where we will respond within 24 hours.

I REALLY NEED SOME HELP WITH MY SOCIAL MEDIA BUT MY BUDGET IS VERY SMALL?

We don't believe you need to spend a fortune on Social Media for it to be effective, its about working at it and having good quality content. We are by no means experts but we have worked hard over the last 6 months to build an instagram page with the right followers for our business model that we love to interact with. DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Please contact us if you live overseas and would like to order one of our products keepitlocl21@gmail.com. Since leaving the EU import duties and taxes may be due at time of delivery so please bear this in mind, but we are more than happy to get you a shipping price.
